Delivery
BooChica will ship all in stock products within 2 working days of receipt of your order and payment. Delivery will be made by our chosen courier (typically Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD). Items that are not in stock will be custom made to order and will be shipped when your item has been produced. We will advise you by email if your item will be made to order and when you can expect delivery. All our pieces are handmade and hallmarked items have to be sent to the London Assay Office for certification, so please be patient. We will endeavour to deliver your unique BooChica item as quickly as possible.
Returns
We want your BooChica jewellery to arrive in perfect condition, although sometimes damage can be caused in transit. As many items are made to order they can only be returned if they have been damaged in transit. For hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned. If you wish to return an item, please email laura@boochica.com with details of your order. Once the item has been returned to us we will assess the viability of a repair, or issue a full refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
